Scope
This policy describes the current Mouse DPI Tester website and its browser-based measurement tool.
Test information
The tool processes the distance and expected DPI you enter, mouse movement during a test and calculated results in your browser. Our application does not send these measurements to a server. Session results are held in memory and disappear when you reload or close the page.
Accounts, cookies and advertising
The tool does not require an account and currently adds no advertising, analytics scripts, application cookies. It stores your light or dark theme preference locally in your browser so that choice is remembered across visits; no test measurements are stored with it. The hosting platform may use its own cookies or authentication for access to a private version of the site; these are separate from the measurement tool.
Hosting information
Serving a website necessarily involves network information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser headers. Hosting providers may process access and security logs under their own policies. We do not control all provider retention periods and do not promise that visiting the site creates no logs.

Links to documentation or manufacturer websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not control their data collection.
Information you send
If you contact the site operator through a published support channel, only include details needed to resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, payment information or unrelated personal data. A public support channel has not yet been added to this review version.
Children and sensitive information
The tool does not ask for age, identity, location or sensitive personal information. It is intended as a general measurement utility.
